Month In Numbers | January 2013

Last year I attempted to do my "month in numbers" but I only managed one month! I have had to do some thinking on how I wanted to play this out and I think I have a sustainable plan. This is a new year and it will be a regular thing here on "Ginger's Life of Spice"! There I said it.. that's a commitment right?

If you are not familiar with Month In Numbers, you can head on over to Julie's blog where the MIN started.

Here is my layout.

and a closeup...
I tried to find a number of how much snow has fallen but wasn't able to... I just know it feels like enough already!

If you would like to see more Month in Numbers from other bloggers, Julie has a Pinterest page as well.

There you have it friends, my month (January) in numbers!
Have a fantastic evening!

  1. Great layout Ginger & a fun look at your month. I'm not doing a Month in Numbers layout this year, but I did create an art journal page about January that will be on my blog tomorrow. I may end up doing one for each month this year . . . maybe!

  4. Well ... I'd never heard of a sun dog before today so I'm glad you mentioned it! Now I know!

I love the idea that you've created a 'sustainable plan' to continue capturing you numbers. Sounds very organised and creative! You're going to have a beautiful album to look back on - your first page is just lovely!

I've added your post to the board now: http://pinterest.com/notesonpaper/my-month-in-numbers/

Happy February Ginger - I hope you feel the sun's warmth a little more in the weeks to come.

    Julie :-)

  6. You've said it :) One thing that helped me last year was to stick to the same page design each month - one less thing to think about. This design is a cracker, it would do it :)

    1. Thanks Sian :) You were part of the reason I wanted to do this this year because of all your gorgeous layouts and I took note of your ease in design last year. So yes, this is the plan to keep the design very much the same :)

    1. It's fun! I'm not much of a numbers kind of person and so I love how this makes me think. Also you wouldn't necessarily have to do it for the month it could be related to an event :)

  19. This looks wonderful, with all those moody blues ... Brrr, to the windchill number and ouch to the parking. I am hoping this was a fee for the privilege for a year rather than a fine!
