What caught my eye about this gentleman was the bandage wrapped around his ankle and it made me wonder what health care is like here. As a visitor I have some experience, you see I have developed an ear infection since my arrival and had prompt service from the doctor who visited our hotel. Of course I have travelers insurance, but I wonder how easy it is for this gentleman.
