You may remember this post where I showed you a sneakie of the PIF I sent off to Lisa and Kirsten. Enough time has passed and so it should be safe to share what I created.
I made these little mini-books of "words to inspire" after asking each of them what their favorite colors are. The pink album is made with My Minds Eye and the blue album is Basic Grey. I pulled out all of my larger sizzix die cuts and created the base pages for the albums and then used my 3 inch circle scallop punch for the center of each larger die (except the front page). I also used butterfly die cuts/ punches, flower die cuts, and a bird punch. Most of the dies and punches are from Stampin Up, and the flower die cut is Tim Holtz. I inked all the edges with distress ink and added floss and rhinestones.
Of course I had lots of fun creating these and they were so very easy to make. Once I finished the first one it took no time to make the second, and I used up some of my stash which worked perfectly!
Thank you ladies for partaking in the Pay It Forward!
Have a great weekend everyone.
