I got the idea for this card from a Stampin' Up book - Hubby thought it was cute. We really do very little for Valentine's but this year we plan to go out for dinner on Friday night.
It's funny, because I can remember the days when I was single wishing I had someone to share Valentines with and now that I have someone, we barely recognize the day - usually exchange cards and that is it!
What about you, do you celebrate the day or not?

It's low key here too, great card Ginger!
ReplyDeleteVery low key too, as Himself was not even here. I love the folded circle banner!
ReplyDeleteand low key here - great card.
ReplyDeleteLow key here as well...and OH not here on the day either!
ReplyDeleteLove the card.
We don't usually go out, but I do always get a bunch of roses :)
ReplyDeleteThat's a LOVEly card

Like the card a lot :) We are also low key but even more so this year since I am under the weather. I stayed in bed and the Chsoen One brought me tomato soup and a grilled cheese sandwich. I did wake up to 16 glorious orange roses!
ReplyDeleteWe don't do much for V day... Dh usually gets me a card but that is it (well except for last year when he surprised me with my first DSLR!!!) - Your card is lovely!
ReplyDeleteI love your card. The flags across the top are so fun. Love the brown with the red too. I'm in the single category and I pretty much ignore the whole thing. :)
ReplyDeleteLOL - we're the same way about Valentine's Day. I just love the card you made - great colors and lovely details. I want to remember that garland at the top! Super cute!!!
ReplyDeleteWe've never had a traditional Valentine's Day - this year Robbie had his gall bladder removed! :>(
ReplyDeleteGreat card - I like the folded circles.
I usually make a special meal, and we save the going out until the weekend, but I did get beautiful roses and a balloon. I am a lucky girl, I have a romantic hubby
ReplyDeleteLovely
ReplyDeleteVery pretty card.
